Welcome to Email Invoice Parser​

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By accessing and using Email Invoice Parser, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Service.

2. Description of Service​

Email Invoice Parser is a Google Sheets Add-on that helps users extract all invoices from their email account in a specified timeframe, intelligently parse any invoice format using AI, support multiple currencies, and insert invoice data into spreadsheets for easy spending tracking. Users can also download invoice data as CSV. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities​

As a user of Email Invoice Parser, you agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purposes

7. Limitation of Liability​

If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. 11. Google API Services​

Email Invoice Parser complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access your Google user data, such as Google Sheets data and your basic Google account information (email), solely for providing the core functionalities of the Service. We do not share this data with third parties except as required to fulfill the features of the Service.

12. Use of Google User Data​

Email Invoice Parser accesses and uses your Google user data to perform the following functions:

  • Gmail Data: We access your Gmail data to extract invoices as specified by you through our Service
  • Google Sheets Data: We access the content within your Google Sheets to process, modify, and provide output as specified by you through our Service
  • Google OAuth User Information: We use your Google account information for authentication and authorization purposes to ensure that only you can access your data

13. Information Sharing and Disclosure​

Email Invoice Parser does not sell your Google user data. The data is accessed solely for providing core features and is not used for any other purpose. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy to ensure the privacy and security of your information.

14. Data Security​

We implement strong security measures to protect the data we access, including using HTTPS for encrypted communication. While we strive to ensure the security of your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

15. Data Retention and Deletion​

Email Invoice Parser retains your data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service. You may revoke access to your Google user data at any time through your Google Account settings. Once revoked, we no longer have access to your data.

16. Subscription and Refund Policy​

Email Invoice Parser operates on a subscription model. By subscribing to Email Invoice Parser, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the billing cycle you select (monthly, annually, etc.)
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any price changes will be communicated to you in advance
